Most cancellations can be done within 1–2 hours of ordering (although please note even within this time frame it may not always be possible). If this time frame has passed and your order has been processed, once you receive it you can return it to us for a refund.

Returns for Unused Items

If you purchased the product but haven't opened or used it, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify:

  • Unworn or unused.
  • With tags.
  • In original packaging.

Refunds

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
